Fragmented
vendors.
Plumbers from WhatsApp. Electricians referred by a neighbour. A different contact for every problem.
One dedicated team. Every flat covered. One predictable, carpet-area based fee — instead of a different vendor for every problem.
Every repair starts the same way — a search for someone to trust, a price nobody agreed on in advance, and a job with nobody accountable for how it turns out.
Plumbers from WhatsApp. Electricians referred by a neighbour. A different contact for every problem.
Different prices for the exact same job. You negotiate on the spot every time a repair is needed.
No shared record of who did what. If a repair fails next week, you start the search all over again.
We sign the society. Every participating flat is covered under a single contract, and a dedicated team is assigned to the community — not dispatched from across the city on demand.
Not the resident, not the flat — the society itself is the customer. Every participating unit is covered under it.
₹2.85 per sq. ft. per month, billed against each flat's carpet area — simple to calculate, simple to explain at a committee meeting. Exclusive of applicable taxes.
Electrical, plumbing, repairs and appliance support — already inside the community, not travelling in from a call centre queue.
Residents report an issue once. The team already knows the building, the fittings, and the history.
Every participating flat contributes based on its carpet area. Larger homes contribute more; smaller homes contribute less. No per-visit charges for anything inside the covered scope.
The AMC fee buys a flat's access to comprehensive maintenance support for the year. The cost of an individual repair inside the covered scope isn't tallied against what that flat has contributed — some months you'll barely use us, others you'll use us heavily.
₹2.85 per sq. ft. is the service rate. Applicable taxes are billed on top, at the rate in force. The figures above are pre-tax estimates for the society's own planning.
One cross-functional team, assigned to your community — not four separate specialists you have to coordinate between yourself.
Switches, fans, lighting, sockets, wiring faults.
Leaks, taps, pipes, drainage, fittings.
Fixtures, fittings, general repair.
Troubleshooting for household electronics and appliances.
The four roles above reflect the unit's coverage, not rigid lanes — the team works as one cross-functional group, so a resident's request gets picked up by whoever's available, not routed by department.
Tap a room to see what's covered there. The scope is the same across every participating flat in the society.
₹2.85 per sq. ft. of carpet area per month buys the society a maintenance membership — and every flat inside it gets the maintenance contract, installation support, and access to our electronics trading desk.
The maintenance service itself, available to every flat in a society that subscribes to the AMC. Three lines of cover, one team, one contract.
Comprehensive cover for the repair and maintenance needs of residents inside the AMC scope — planned visits included, not only breakdowns.
Plumbing faults are inspected and repaired wherever repair is possible. Where an item cannot reasonably be repaired, it is replaced and the issue closed out — subject to the applicable AMC terms.
Electrical faults are inspected and repaired wherever repair is possible. Where the affected item cannot reasonably be repaired, it is replaced and the issue closed out — subject to the applicable AMC terms.
Installation and fitting work for household products — carried out by the same on-site team, with no separate installation labour charge for subscribing flats, subject to the applicable service terms.
A new resident moves into a covered society with furniture, electronics and appliances in tow. Because their flat is already inside the society's plan, the fitting and installation of all of it runs through us — at no additional installation labour charge.
You don't have to wait for something to break to use the service.
A buy, sell and exchange desk for electronic products, open to residents of subscribing societies.
Want to move an item on? Offer it to us. We assess its condition and value, and buy it at a price we consider appropriate.
Looking for a second-hand product? Buy from our available stock at a price comparatively lower than buying new in the market.
Swap one electronic item for another — subject to product valuation and the applicable exchange terms.
Pricing and availability are confirmed per item at the time of valuation.
The AMC covers labour and routine service across every category above. It isn't a promise of unlimited free replacements — here's exactly where the line sits.
Where an item can't reasonably be repaired, we replace it: the labour is covered by the AMC and the part is billed at cost. The exact spares-and-materials list is confirmed with each society at onboarding, since it can vary slightly by building age and fittings. All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Because the team is already inside the community, a request doesn't wait on a technician crossing the city.
Illustrative example. Actual response times depend on the society's size and the agreed SLA, and are confirmed at onboarding.
Committees get a simple read on open requests and response times — no chasing individual vendors for status updates.
Your society is already paying for maintenance — in time spent coordinating, and in the cost of things going wrong. The question is whether you're getting a system for it.
Flat count, total carpet area, building age and current maintenance load.
A scope, rate and SLA sized to your community — agreed with the committee.
A dedicated fixed team on site is assigned and onboarded to your society.
The society — through the RWA or managing committee — signs one contract that covers every participating flat. Individual residents don't subscribe separately; they're covered as part of the society's agreement.
Each flat's monthly contribution is its carpet area multiplied by the standard rate, exclusive of applicable taxes. A 900 sq.ft. flat contributes ₹2,565/month; a 1,500 sq.ft. flat contributes ₹4,275/month. Use the calculator above to check your own flat.
No — and we'd rather be upfront about that than overpromise. Labour and routine service across electrical, plumbing, repairs and appliances is included. New appliances, and civil work are charged separately. The full scope is set out in the "What's included" section above.
Team size is sized to each society during onboarding based on flat count and expected request volume — a 500-flat society isn't served by the same team as a 100-flat one. This is confirmed as part of the service plan before the contract is signed.
No. ₹2.85 per sq. ft. per month is the service rate; applicable taxes are billed on top at the rate in force. Every figure quoted on this page — including the calculator — is pre-tax.
We inspect and repair wherever repair is reasonable. Where it isn't, we replace the item and close the issue out — the fitting labour is covered by the AMC, and the part or material is billed at cost. There's no separate call-out or labour charge on top.
Not for the labour. Any flat inside a subscribing society can have household products installed and fitted by the on-site team — AC, fans, TVs, furniture, kitchen appliances — with no additional installation labour charge, subject to the applicable service terms. It's the reason the membership is worth having on the day you move in, not only the day something breaks.
Residents of subscribing societies can sell us an electronic item — we assess its condition and value and buy it at a price we consider appropriate — buy second-hand stock from us at a price comparatively lower than new, or exchange one item for another. Every transaction is subject to product valuation and the applicable trading terms.
Terms are agreed individually with each society at onboarding. We'll walk your committee through the specifics as part of the assessment.
Tell us a little about your society and we'll put together an assessment — flat count, expected team size, and a rate proposal for your committee to review.
